The UAE’s Alternative End of Service Benefits (EOSB) Scheme marks a major shift in how employee benefits are managed in the private sector. Introduced to modernize workplace savings, the scheme allows employers to contribute regularly to an investment fund instead of paying a lump-sum gratuity at the end of employment. This system provides employees with better financial security, transparency, and long-term wealth growth while giving employers a more structured and predictable benefits framework. This course is aimed at HR Professionals, Finance Professionals and Business Leaders. It consists of 10 modules, each module about 8-10 minutes in length, followed by a quiz to test participants' understanding. The modules cover the following topics: 1. Introduction 2. Key Features of the new EOSB system 3. Eligibility & where the new scheme applies 4. EOSB as a strategic Compensation & Benefit tool 5. HR Processes 6. Finance & Tax 7. Investment Funds 8. Choosing a Fund Manager 9. How to implement a EOSB scheme 10. Wrap-up In total (with the quizzes) the course is expected to take 3 hours which counts towards Continued Professional Development (CPD). Course participants will receive a diploma once the pass the final test.
