Our free EOSB Readiness Check helps businesses assess how prepared they are for a transition to a new savings-based End of Service Benefits (EOSB) scheme. It is designed as a simple first-step diagnostic for employers who want to understand their current level of readiness.
How it works
Users complete a short questionnaire of just eight questions, covering topics such as where the business operates, how payroll and gratuity processes are managed, and how familiar the organisation is with the new scheme. Based on the responses, the tool calculates a readiness score and highlights the areas where further preparation may be needed.
The assessment also provides practical recommendations on how to improve readiness, including suggestions that can be supported by free resources available on the GratuityAdviser website.
